Kaohsiung Tianliao Moon World -----
I often see in movies that the terrain on the moon is very strange , where birds don’t shit, chickens don’t lay eggs and turtles don’t lay eggs. But in reality, there is such a place in Taiwan where no vegetation grows.
Tianliao Moon World is located between Chongde and Guting in Tianliao District. Because it is a barren land, it has the beauty of desolate desert and is famous for its moon-like scene. This peculiar landscape is called "bad land" in geography, because of the "rejuvenation" of the earth's crust, the harsh terrain has been eroded by rain and river water for many years. Moon World is located in the valley of a small tributary of Erren River. A sand dam was built in the valley to store water in the rainy season, which is called "Yuejing Nongtang". But in just over ten years, the farm pond has been washed away by the rain, leaving only a desolate landscape. This month, due to geological and man-made problems, the world has dropped by eight centimeters every year, and within a few decades, it may never be seen again.
In summer, there will be a lot of water in the moon pool , so it will form a reflection . The Moon World will turn on colored lights at night , and when the colored lights go down , a landscape painting will appear.
